Each of our homes is designed to fit your specific lifestyle and needs. We can start with a basic floor plan and edit it, or we can design completely from scratch. The starting price range does not include lot cost, clearing or site work, and includes standard feature levels to meet current Florida Building Code. The plans shown on our site are just beginning design points and are not the only floor plans we can use or design from. Please speak with your Sales Consultant about other options, how to design from scratch, or if you already have a plan design in mind.
